The Genoa is a five-story mixed use development located in Santa Monica’s downtown district. The building includes 50 apartments, 2,667 square feet of ground floor retail space and three levels of below grade parking. Its striking facade combines bold rectangular forms with elegant curbed accents and stepped vertical fins. The contemporary design is enhanced by translucent glass balconies in shades of blue, amber, and green, adding a vibrant accent  to the buildings  facade.
