A renovation of an existing 47 unit multi-family complex built in 1952. The project transformed a Mid-Century Modernist rental complex into a minimalist contemporary design. Modifications included six new elevator stair towers, the addition of private open space on the upper levels and rooftops, window replacement and retractable profected awnings.
