2000 Main Street

Santa Monica, California

2000 North Main Street has become an integral part of a prominent “gateway” to the popular Main Street retail and commercial district within Santa Monica. This award winning mixed-use project encompasses one city block and 300 feet of frontage along Main Street and Neilson Way. The integration of craftsman style architecture is reminiscent of a style that is commonly found within this area of the city. The 238,000 square foot multi-family residential and retail development includes 107 market rate apartments, 11,549 square feet of ground floor retail space, and three levels of below-grade parking. The project also includes a landscaped courtyard, rooftop swimming pool, upper level terrace, fitness center, business center, media lounge and library. 2000 North Main Street has contributed to the pedestrian and economic vitality along the Main Street commercial district.
