Genoa is a five-story mixed-use development located in Santa Monica’s downtown district that comprises 50 rental units and 2,697 square feet of ground floor retail space. The building is set back from the front property line by two courtyards and includes three levels of below-grade parking. The building features an articulated façade of primarily rectangular shapes merged with curved accents and stepped-back vertical fins. Translucent fluted glass balconies of blue, yellow and green add visual interest reminiscent of the Santa Monica beach community.
