A six-unit multi-family, two story (with mezzanine level) condominium with a below-grade parking garage located in Santa Monica, CA. The project’s linear form is appropriately sited along Interstate 10.

The plan includes a steel-trowel stucco exterior siding, wood panels, wood framed doors, wood framed terraces and fencing. Large aluminum framed windows throughout the project and translucent fluted glass projected balconies are intermittently placed along the exterior elevations to provide a variety of color and added privacy to the individual units. Each unit includes private roof terraces accessible from interior private stairs.
